Here is an example of our process:

• Remove rocks around the foundation so we can paint below grade.
• Pressure wash entire exterior of the house from top to bottom
• Covering of foliage, and any unpainted surfaces (tables, concrete, and bushes)
• Repair any damaged stucco and wood repairs.
• Caulking of any areas as needed (window trim, stucco etc.)
• Scrape any loose paint
• Sand any wood surfaces and doors to ensure adhesion
• Spot prime where needed
• Brush all wood surfaces to ensure proper coverage
• Spray all doors and gets as needed
• Spray all stucco (criss crossed method)
• Spray and back roll all elastomeric in accordance to manufactures Specs
• Offer 5 year warranty against flaking and peeling of surfaces
• All wood either spot primed with primer or painted with self priming paint
